Proven Performance

Tower Arctic was hired by Birchcliff Development to complete all of the site preparation and grading, and water sewer services for 4 new multiplex units in Iqaluit. Towers scope consisted of all civil site development, including traffic control plans, road cuts, service connection permits, site grading, culverts, ditching swales, and installation of water and sewer service lines. Works were completed alongside the pile foundation installation.
