Proven Performance
Upon the award of Iqaluit’s Deep Sea Port project, Tower Arctic Ltd. required additional accommodations to support the specialized work force necessary to complete the project within the owners proposed schedule. As a collective, it was decided to develop a parcel of land to construct a large accommodation facility. Tower’s team managed the development and site plan approval process as well as all the engineering design necessary to obtain a development and building permit within the City of Iqaluit. Once all approvals and permits were obtained, Tower advanced to erection and construction of the facility. Tower is proud of this accomplishment and it is notable that from the time the initial development application was submitted to final construction completion was only a 7 month duration.
